AMBARLI PORT ADDED TO U.N RORO'S NETWORK

Enlarging the network: U.N Ro-Ro İşletmeleri, an intermodal ro-ro transport company connecting Turkey and Europe, recently added Ambarli Port to its portfolio.

The transport provider offers a sailing from Ambarli (Turkey) to Trieste (Italy) that is targeting goods produced on the European side of Istanbul and in the Trakya region that are destined for export to continental Europe.

The addition of Ambarli Port to U.N RoRo’s network gives companies in the production area an opportunity to cut expenditure, and they can overlook vehicle and load restrictions on Istanbul’s bridges. Moreover, the volume of traffic on those bridges can be reduced by shipping through Ambarli.

U.N Ro-Ro İşletmeleri has a fleet of twelve ro-ro ships and an annual capacity for 322,000 vehicles.
