DIRECT INTERMODAL LINK FROM GB TO NORTH EUROPE

Forwarders now have the possibility to transport craneable trailers both economically and directly
between Sweden, Denmark, Finland and England, with immediate effect.
Ferries that call the ports of Rostock (Germany) and Rotterdam (Netherlands) are connected to
Kombiverkehr’s train services that run via the Duss gateway terminal at the Duisburg-Ruhrort
inland port.
The new offer was created by a collaboration between Rostock Port, duisport agency, the shipping
companies Finnlines, Scandlines and Stena Line, as well as the intermodal service provider
Kombiverkehr as operator.
Some connections are routes between England and northern Europe are served up to seven times
per week.
