European feeder operator BG Freight Line has launcheda third weekly link between container facility at Teesport and Antwerp. Service includes calls at Grangemouth and Rotterdam.
The line already runs two services a week between Teesport and Rotterdam.
BG Freight Line chief executive Koert Luitwieler said: "We continue to see demand for services intoTeesport rise. The link to Antwerpopens up a new market for us and we are confident we will attract a lot of cargo."
The service will be operated by three vessels, two 340 TEU and a 520 TEU capacity.
